Visit the forums and you'll find this at the top of the page:



Click the register link and you'll be taken to a page explaining the terms and conditions. Have a read through, and when you're done, tick the "I agree..." block and click "Register".



On the next page, you'll be given fields to enter your details. Your log in name need not be your real name. You may choose anything (within reason) for your log in name. This will also be the name other members will know you as.

You'll choose a password, and you'll confirm your password. Passwords are encoded into the forum, so not even the forum admin may see your password. Should you forget your password, use the Forgotten Password feature.

You'll have to provide your email address, but this is simply to verify you are not a computer generated bot registering on the forums. You'd be surprised at how many fake registrations we get every day. A .co.za email address is best, as I tend to approve those before the @hotmail.com or @gmail.com ones, as the latter ones are also sometimes fake.

In the Security Code field, type out the letter and number sequence you see to the right of the screen. This is another verification process.



You can go ahead and click "Submit my registration" now!



Check your email for your verification email and respond as directed. After this, the final step is waiting to be verified by me (yet another verification process...they are all necessary, I promise, because fake registrations still manage to get through!). If you're not verified within 4 days of registration, email and I'll get it sorted out!
