  How to Order

Welcome to the RATANOOGA Online Shop! Please take a quick moment to read through the following paragraphs before making a purchase.

Orders are dealt with during the week/office hours, so if you order over a weekend, please allow for this. Should I be at the office over the weekend, I may attend to your order sooner, but this cannot be guaranteed.

When ordering bedding, please allocate a few weeks for delivery, after your payment has been made. The bedding is shipped directly from our suppliers, so I have no control over the period it takes to be delivered unfortunately. Orders are only placed with our suppliers once payment has reflected in our bank account, so we would suggest ordering the bedding a few weeks in advance, so you dont sit with nothing while waiting for your delivery. We thank you for your understanding on this matter!

How to Order:
1. Note the codes of the products that you want and email them to along with an address for delivery, including POSTAL CODE! (eg: 2x HAM002; 2x HAM005; 1x WDRATS01)

2. Wait until you recieve a confirmation email with total cost (incl p&p*) and bank details.

3. Make direct deposit into the account (using details supplied in confirmation email) for the exact amount with your full name as the reference number.

4. Email Tails proof of deposit. No orders are attended to before payment is recieved.

5. You will recieve a "Payment Recieved" email in return, and your order will be attended to. Once product is dispatched, you will be notified.

6. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from the time you recieve your "Payment Recieved" email. I run this shop in my spare time, and sometimes cannot be as prompt as I'd like. I give you my sincere apologies in advance, should your order be delayed.
