I desperately need advice on how to handle a situation with my neighbour and his Alsation dog.
The poor is being inhumanely treated and has been
reorted to the local SPCA & Wetnose but there is
nothing they can do as the dog is ‘being fed’!
Plse can anyone advise or assist.

Hi if you can get any evidence of the dog being mistreated like capturing something on video then you can take it to the SPCA and they should have a case to go on. Otherwise keep trying to get them to inspect your neighbour’s place. How is the dog being mistreated
